Please note we are a very small company and in order for us to keep prices low, returns and exchanges are at buyers expense. Please make certain items fit before you purchase. We are on hand to answer questions regarding sizing and we are happy to measure any items. 

 

As soon as the items are returned in the same condition with tags in place and any display box or cellophane packaging  - contact must be made within 7 days of receipt and items returned within 14 days. You must contact us before returning items

 

Please return by 2nd class signed for and keep your receipt until I confirm receipt back at Zarni Baby.  You will be offered a credit note to use on Zarni Baby.

Faulty items will be exchanged like for like.
